We do our best to make high quality Indian dishes and avoid using artificial flavours and colouring relying instead on the food's own colours and the use of spices derived from natural sources. For your main meal you might want to try one of our specialities like the LAMB PASANDA – a very mild, lightly spiced lamb dish made with yogurt and cream. If on the other hand, you like your food hot, you’ll enjoy our CHICKEN JALFREZI cooked with fresh onions, green peppers and green chillies. Don’t worry if you’re a vegetarian! Our VEGETABLE BIRYANI – mixed vegetables cooked with saffron rice is a popular choice. The VEGETABLE KOFTA – mashed vegetable and panir balls prepared to our own recipe and served in a mild creamy sauce or the PANIR TIKKA MASALA – curd Indian cheese cooked in butter with spices and cream, are some of the vegetarian options available.
Our menu is filled with a wide variety of dishes bursting with flavour. To start off your meal, if you like sea food our tasty TANDOORI TROUT – rainbow trout marinated in fresh ground spices and roasted in our charcoal oven, or the KING PRAWN BUTTERFLY – king prawns cooked in a crispy batter, are a delicious treat. For chicken-lovers, CHICKEN TIKKA – succulent pieces of chicken marinated in spices and roasted in the tandoor, is a must.
We also have a selection of side dishes and nan bread to accompany your meal. PILAW RICE or PLAIN NAN are popular compliments to any main meal or you might like to try something sweet like our PESHWARI NAN. The Saag Panir, Chana Masala, Bhindi Bhajee and Aloo Ghobi are just a few of the dishes you could also enjoy.
